Boston, MA, New York, NY & London, UK - November 28, 2006 - Hibernia Atlantic, the only diverse trans-Atlantic transport provider, announces today that it has successfully connected Claranet, the IT services group, to its high performance cable network crossing the North Atlantic.
The agreement has connected Claranet to Hibernia Atlantic's route protected, clear channel trans-Atlantic link from New York City to London. Through physical diversity, the network connection will offer reliability to Claranet's business clients. The network resiliency of the connection will allow Claranet to continue to operate industry leading service level agreements (SLAs) for its customers.
