Claranet Benelux

Founded as one of the first Dutch Internet Service Providers in 1993, Claranet Benelux serves thousands of business and residential customers in the Netherlands from our state-of-the-art data centre in Eindhoven. Our services are also available in Belgium. Claranet Benelux, is managed by Arthur Van Grinsven.

Claranet France

Launched in 1998, Claranet France is among the leading business ISPs in France. Global companies of the stature of Hachette Filipacchi and Euro RSCG are among Claranet France's private customers. From its datacentre in the heart of Paris Claranet France supports customers such as Vivendi, Havas and Airbus. Claranet France is led by Nicolas Prouteau.

Claranet Germany

With offices in Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich, Claranet Germany is one of the major ISPs in Europe launched in 2000 as part of a major expansion of the Claranet Group in the European market. It is a key player in the business market benefiting from the group's experience in managed services. Claranet Germany is managed by Olaf Fischer, formerly director of O.Tel.O Communications.

Claranet Portugal

As part of its ongoing European expansion, the Claranet Group, acquired both Via Networks Portugal and Esoterica SA in 2005. Today, Claranet Portugal offers a comprehensive portfolio of business solutions including domain name registration and hosting solutions, bespoke virtual private networks, managed and dedicated hosting services and Voice over IP (VoIP). Claranet Portugal is managed by António Miguel Ferreira.

Claranet Spain

The Claranet Group's 2000 acquisition of the CatWorld Network, an established Spanish ISP based in Barcelona, established Claranet Spain, a national independent ISP. In the last year Claranet Spain has acquired key accounts utilising the Group's expertise in Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and continues to add to its range of offerings. Claranet Spain is headed by Carles Acero.

Claranet USA

Via Networks was acquired by the Claranet group in 2005 as part of their North American expansion. With over ten years of experience in hosting and Managed Services, VIA offers an expert level of support coupled with a proactive "problem avoidance" approach to assuring customer application availability and data integrity. The VIA Networks USA team is lead by Darin Elkins.
