Major Service Incident: Affecting Internet Related Services routed through London Telehouse Datacentre

Claranet have identified an incident that potentially impacted the following services:

1. Ethernet Lines terminating at our London Telehouse Datacentre
2. Leased Lines terminating at our London Telehouse Datacentre
3. DSL Services may also be experiencing routing issues
4. Access to some hosting related services.

We are experiencing an issue with one of our core routers located in our London Telehouse Datecentre. This is causing routing issues across a number of services. We hope to have the issue rectified shortly and will post a further update in due course.
