[Event1860 Resolved] Major Service Outage: Affecting all DSL services

Claranet has identified and resolved the recent issue with our DSL service and has confirmed that the service has now been restored.

Customers who are still experiencing an issue may need to power down their DSL equipment for 60 seconds before trying to reconnect. If this does not clear the issue then please contact our Support team via your usual channels.

Claranet's Network team will continue to monitor the platform to ensure the service remains stable.
