Scheduled Maintenance: Affecting ADSL, SDSL & MPLS-DSL Connectivity on 22nd February 2012
We have been informed by our Supplier that they will be carrying out engineering work on their network. This maintenance is essential and will potentially impact ADSL, SDSL and MPLS-DSL customers who are connected to the exchange at the time of the work.

Planned start: 22/02/2012 02:00
Planned finish: 22/02/2012 06:00
End User Impact: Users may experience downtime of up to 30 minutes during the maintenance period. Whilst the carrier will endeavour to minimize the down time experienced, service should be considered at risk throughout each maintenance window.

After this work has been completed, if your modem or router has not reconnected automatically, please power your equipment down for 20 minutes and then attempt to reconnect. If you still experience issues please contact your usual Claranet Support department.
Due to the nature of the supplier network, Claranet and the Supplier are unable to identify individual customers that will be affected by this work.
