Claranet has 16 datacentre locations across the Group, each connected by its own fibre backbone with dual links in each location to assure redundancy. Our datacentres are designed to guarantee and optimise uptime for Claranet's own infrastructure as well as our customers.

We understand the issues of power and cooling in modern datacentres, operating a 50 per cent headroom policy for both power and connectivity. Client hosting facilities are underpinned by our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which limit your risk.

Claranet has invested in purpose built facilities with 'n+1' redundancy, which ensures customers' equipment and operations are safe and secure.
