Claranet wins Best Business Fixed Broadband at the ISPA Awards

London, UK - 10 July 2009: Claranet today announced that it has won the ‘Best Business Fixed Broadband’ award at the 2009 Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) Awards.

The ISPA Awards are the only UK awards solely dedicated to rewarding excellence in the Internet industry, and attract the UK’s top Internet companies, industry figures and parliamentarians. The awards ceremony took place on the 9th of July 2009.

The Claranet team is thrilled to have won this award, which recognises the company’s commitment to industry leading services and its focus on delivering the highest levels of customer service. 

To win the ‘Best Business Fixed Broadband’ category Claranet outpaced the competition across a range of criteria, including price and value for money, contract flexibility and lead times between a sale and the service going live.

We are delighted to have won at this year’s ISPA Awards, particularly in light of the record number of entries and competition in the industry. With a three month testing period leading up to the awards, where our network performed flawlessly, we demonstrated we had the ‘Best Business Fixed Broadband’.
