Checking Your Email Online

Claranet's webmail interface enables you to access your Claranet email account from any internet-enabled computer, anywhere in the world. To utilize this service go to http://www.clara.co.uk/pop/, which will take you to our secure login page.

Username is your full e-mail address.

ie. username@clara.co.uk or username@yourdomainname

Inbox - Inbound e-mails are stored in this folder until the mail gets delivered to your mail client.

Note: Mail will be removed from our servers once your mail has been downloaded to your mail client software. Please configure your mail client if you wish to leave a copy on our server.

Drafts - Allows you to store templates in this folder.

Sent - Stores a copy of any mail you have sent from within your webmail.

Trash - Deleted items are temporarily moved into this folder. Emails will be completely removed from this folder upon logout.

Create message - Allows you to create a message and add attachments.

Preferences - Webmail settings are available in this panel.

Address book - Your online address book.
