Customer portal
Being able to access your services and account information when you need it reduces the amount of time spent contacting support and the number of phone calls you need to make. Claranet has designed an online portal for our customers to provide them with immediate access to their services.
How can you use the portal?
Order services
Place orders for new products and services using the on-line portal store.
View / raise tickets
View or respond to any logged email queries that you have raised with Claranet. Raise a logged email query with Claranet. This ticket can relate to a technical support query, an account query, or a cancellation request.
Check pending order status
View details and the status of all pending orders placed on your account and the services they relate to. It is also possible to raise a technical support query, an account query, or a cancellation request by selecting the "Options" icon to the right of each order. You again have the option to download these details individually in PDF, and to view a copy of the signed contract.
View / download invoices
View all the invoices and credit notes raised on your account. You also have the option to download them in "pdf" or "csv" format individually or send them to yourself on a single email.
Manage account details
View or modify the billing/sales/technical contact details held for this account. You can also change your password here.
Account manager finder
Find out who your account manager is and email them with any questions that you may have or if you wish to discuss your services with them.
Manage mailboxes
Search for and modify settings relating to mailboxes.
Documents
View and download documents of services that Claranet provide and Service Level Agreements that Claranet strive to adhere to at all times.
Reports
View lists of orders based on the following categories: Pending Renewals, Open Tickets, Services and Pending Orders. You are also able to download the results in csv format.

Update payment details
Update your payment details for your services.
Search
View the individual service at its most detailed level and access the order it relates to. You are also able to view or search for details and the status of all orders placed on your account and the services they relate to. It is also possible to raise a technical support query, an account query, or a cancellation request by selecting the options icon to the right of each order. You also have the option to download these details individually in "pdf".
