The issue with the DSL platform outage which caused VIA-NET and Netscalibur customers has now been resolved. This issue was caused when one of our upstream providers lost connectivity to Claranet Ltd.
We are experiencing an outage on the DSL platform which is affecting all our Netscalibur and VIA-NET customers only. Claranet Networks team are investigating the cause of this issue and will update soon on this outage.
We are currently experiencing a problem with our DSL network, this will be affecting Freeuk, Via Networks and Netscalibur DSL connections.
