Claranet announced today that it has achieved the Environmental Sustainability Specialisation through the Cisco Partner Program.
The distinction underlines our commitment to making better use of limited resources, and to invest in the health, stability, and the future of the planet via sustainable practices.
The specialisation entitles Claranet to participate in Cisco’s Takeback Incentive. This initiative rewards Partners who pledge to work together with Cisco for a sustainable future and commit to returning customers' legacy hardware so it can be responsibly reused and recycled.
As part of the Environmental Sustainability Specialisation, Claranet has signed Cisco’s Sustainability Pledge with the aim to:
- Achieve net zero across global Scope 1,2 and 3 emissions by 2040
- Ensure 100 percent of its products and packaging incorporate Circular Design Principles by FY2025
