The agreement covers 100% of the capital of Geko Cloud and gives continuity to Claranet's strategy of growth and services’ evolution in Spain. Geko Cloud is an expert cloud consulting company, highly qualified and specialised in cloud migration, DevOps, cloud infrastructure management, and microservices.
The deal is part of Claranet's growth strategy in Spain, which has multiplied by three its volume of activity, revenues, and employees in the last three years.
Following last year's acquisition of IDGrup, the addition of Geko Cloud to Claranet will increase the company's capabilities in advanced cloud consulting services, container as a service, digital modernisation, cloud infrastructure management, and microservices.
