Double Distinction for Claranet at VO.IP Germany

Innovation award for hosted IP-PBX solution; bronze in the Services/ASP category

This year's VO.IP Germany, the country's largest professional conference and exhibition for voice and IP communication, was a complete success for Frankfurt-based company Claranet GmbH.

The Managed Services Provider for business received the innovation award for its hosted IP-PBX service. The prize is awarded along with the VO.IP Germany Awards for Systems, Services/ASP, Applications and Mobility for the most innovative entry from all four categories. Claranet also won third place in the Services/ASP category. The judges praised Claranet's hosted IP-PBX entry "Clara NetPhonie" as particularly impressive for its high security standards, flexibility, scope of service and service quality.

The dedicated VoIP telephone exchange is set up individually for each customer and adapted to their individual needs. The PBX is physically located in Claranet's datacentre and is directly connected to the IP network. The infrastructure is designed for a high level of availability and security, ensuring the highest levels of reliability for the remote switchboard. Claranet is responsible for the entire implementation process, from design and installation to operation, maintenance, upgrades and configuration changes.
