  • Do you provide server licencing as standard with the service?

    Windows server licencing is included on all pre-configured Microsoft images. For RedHat, the standard service is that we have the image included in the library to use with licences you supply, but licences can be supplied by Claranet if needed.

  • Where is my data located?

    Claranet has Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platforms in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Netherlands. The principle of “always in-country” has been followed, but in circumstances where the customer wishes to take Cloud Compute or Cloud Storage resources in different Data Centres, network traffic and data may be shared.

  • Where are your support centres?

    Claranet has two UK-based support teams. They are based in London and Gloucester. We operate on a 24x7 basis. The distance between the two centres exceeds 100 miles, which in the case of a disaster, ensures that Claranet’s support teams will always be available.

  • Do you have SLAs?

    Yes. Claranet offers a range of availability and performance SLAs. All SLAs are dependent upon the solution design and your specific requirements.
