  • What separation options are available?

    There are four separation options available. Ethernet Backup, Separation, Separation Plus and Separation Plus – Dual Site (outlined below):

    • Ethernet backup: cost effective option providing limited separacy backup option
    • Separation: separately routed where possible, single entry point into building
    • Separation plus: two separately routed fibre lines end to end
    • Separation plus – dual site: two separately routed fibre lines end to end into two building locations

  • Will the circuits always remain separate?

    With the Separation Plus service, the separation of the two lines is monitored for the life of the line to ensure full resiliency.
